Training boxing ring 5x5 m on 0.2 m platform

Purpose: The ring "Mass" is intended for training and amateur competitions. The ring consists of a metal construction, consisting of individual modular sections, corner posts on which horizontally fixed ropes, well protected by covers along the entire length and treaded cushions in the corners of the ring. The corner cushions are placed on the rope fasteners at the corners of the ring at the joints between them. Four ropes are stretched on each side at 40 cm, 70 cm, 100 cm and 130 cm from the ring surface and connected to each other by two PVC bars 3 to 4 cm wide at equal intervals. The ring is covered by skirts around the perimeter of the ring, covering the sides of the platform. The top of the ring is covered with a plywood (or wooden) boarding with a canvas over the entire area and an anti-slip reinforced PVC fabric.

Materials used in the construction of the ring: the corner posts are made of round, thick-walled tube. For injury protection, the cross-rope joints are fitted with PPE filler protectors in replaceable PVC covers. Ropes for rings are manually produced in a composite manner with a multi-layer composition: galvanised steel rope in a compensator, damper multi-layer filler, cover made of reinforced PVC fabric. The fabric is joined by heat-welding, which guarantees the durability and strength of the seams. Markings, logos and customer advertisements can be applied to skirts, covers and treads. The canvas ring is made of PPE matting and covered with reinforced PVC fabric. The ring decking is manufactured from plywood or special composite materials, which are assembled into a single panel.

The raw materials used in the production of the ring are certified and have the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation (technical passport, certificate of compliance, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.).

Ring delivery: the ring is delivered in modular components in order to optimise and simplify assembly by a minimum number of people and easy compact transportation, and to reduce logistics costs. The ring is transported unassembled and packed with protective packaging.

Ring complete set: metal frames, plywood or composite decking, canvas cover, ropes, covers, rope extensions, corner protectors, rope tensioning system, fixing and technical kit.

Reference Documents: Every ring is checked by the Quality Control Department and a stamp is put on the individual product data sheet. The ring has passed the European and national certifications.

Warranty: The factory provides a full factory warranty and post-warranty service.

Individual order: The equipment can also be tailored to the individual specifications of the customer. All the ring elements can be optionally painted in any colour, or the ring treads, covers and covers can be produced in the colours agreed upon by the customer. The thickness of the canvas can be varied to the customer's specifications, and the ring ropes can also be varied.

Storage conditions: The ring must be stored in a dry, heated, folded and horizontal position. The storage room must ensure protection against mechanical and chemical damage, including the effects of aggressive climatic conditions.
