Technical parameters: The Title ring (Olympic) has the regulation size of the canvas 7.8m x 7.8m and the ropes 6.1m x 6.1m, and meets the AIBA international technical requirements. The height of the ring platform is 1000mm from the floor level.
Purpose: The title ring (Olympic ring) is designed to host title and Olympic level competitions. It consists of a platform, consisting of a metal construction consisting of individual modular sections, corner posts on which horizontally fixed ropes, well protected by covers along the whole length and treaded cushions in the corners of the ring. The corner cushions are placed from the Supervisor's table in the following order: red at the near left corner, white at the far left corner, blue at the far right corner and white at the near right corner. The four ropes are stretched on each side at 40, 70, 100 and 130 cm from the ring surface and connected to each other by two PVC bars 3 to 4 cm wide at equal intervals. The ring is covered by skirts around the perimeter of the ring, covering the sides of the platform. The ring is covered with plywood or wooden boards on top of which a cushioning material and anti-slip, reinforced PVC fabric is stretched over the entire area.
Materials used for stiffeners: round corner posts are made of 100mm diameter round tubular plates with minimum wall thickness of 5mm, reinforced with an additional antivibration system to reduce static tension and strain along the entire length. Includes individual pole cover made from elastic materials with holes for fixings. For injury protection, corner pads filled with PPE in PVC interchangeable covers are fitted on the cross-rope joint. Ring ropes are handmade in a composite process, based on a multi-layer composition: galvanised steel rope in a compensator, damper multi-layer filler, reinforced PVC sheath. The fabric is joined by thermo-welding, which guarantees the durability and strength of the seams. Skirts, covers and treads can be labelled, emblems and customer advertisements can be applied. To ensure high regular loads and an extended lifespan, the modular scaffolding elements are fitted with composite universal metal fixings, and the thick-walled profile tubes are stiffened. The canvas of the ring is made of flexible, regulated material and covered with reinforced, high-density PVC fabric. The flooring of the ring is made of imported premium grade plywood or specially treated hardwood planks, which are assembled into a single shield. Ladders for easy climbing up and down the platform are included with the ring.
The raw material used in the production of the ring is certified and has the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation (technical passport, certificate of compliance, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.).
Ring delivery: the ring is delivered in modular components in order to optimise and simplify assembly by a minimum number of people and easy compact transportation, and to reduce logistics costs. The ring is transported unassembled and packed with protective packaging.
Kit of the ring: metal cantilever frames, plywood or wooden decking, canvas cover complete with skirts, ropes, covers, rope extensions and covers- protectors, corner protectors, ladders for athletes and referees, jumpers on ropes, rope tensioning system, fastening and technical kit.
Accompanying documents: Each ring is checked by the Quality Control Department and a stamp is placed on the individual product data sheet. The ring has passed the European certification and corresponds to regulations AIBA.
Warranty: The factory provides a full factory warranty and post-warranty service.
Individual order: The equipment can also be made to order according to individual specifications of the customer.
Storage conditions: The ring should be stored in a dry, heated, folded and horizontal position. The storage room must protect against mechanical and chemical damage, including the effects of aggressive climatic conditions.
