Outdoor boxing ring with canopy

Purpose: The "Outdoor" ring is intended for outdoor training and competitions at outdoor venues. It consists of a platform, consisting of a metal construction consisting of separate modular sections, corner posts on which horizontally fixed ropes, well protected by covers along the whole length and treaded cushions in the corners of the ring. The corner cushions are placed on the rope fasteners at the corners of the ring at the joints between them. Four ropes are stretched on each side at 40 cm, 70 cm, 100 cm and 130 cm from the ring surface and connected to each other by two PVC bars 3 to 4 cm wide at equal intervals. The ring is surrounded by skirts that cover the sides of the platform. The top of the platform is covered with plywood or wooden boards, with a canvas made of shock-absorbing material and anti-slip, reinforced PVC fabric on top. Outdoor rings differ from halls in the presence of the canopy and are treated with an anti-corrosive composition all internal metal parts, in addition, all fasteners are protected by galvanic coating, which helps to avoid oxidation and rusting. It is possible to produce stainless steel profile trusses, which guarantees full protection for the entire lifespan of the outdoor ring against climatic conditions. Additionally, outdoor rings are equipped with a stabilization system on the plane, which allows installing them on uneven surfaces and unstable ground.

Materials used in ring manufacture: the corner posts are made of round, thick-walled tubular steel tube, minimum diameter 100 mm and wall thickness 5 mm, with a full-length stiffening frame to reduce static stress and deformation, and an anti-vibration system to absorb linear vibrations. Includes individual pole cover made from flexible, regulated materials with fixing holes. For injury protection, corner pads filled with PPE in PVC interchangeable covers are fitted on the cross-rope joint. Ropes for rings are manually produced in a composite method based on a multi-layer composition: galvanically treated steel rope in a compensator, damped multi-layer filler, reinforced PVC sheath. The fabric is joined by thermo-welding, which guarantees the durability and strength of the seams. Skirts, covers and treads can be labelled, emblems and customer advertisements can be applied. To ensure high regular loads and an extended lifespan, the modular scaffolding elements are fitted with composite universal metal fixings, and the thick-walled profile tubes are stiffened. The canvas of the ring is made of flexible, regulated material and covered with reinforced, high-density PVC fabric. The flooring of the ring is made of imported premium grade plywood or specially treated hardwood planks, which are assembled into a single board. Ladders may be provided with the ring, to facilitate climbing at platform heights of 500 mm and higher.

The raw material used in the production of the ring is certified and has the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation (technical passport, certificate of compliance, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.). 

Ring delivery: the ring is delivered in modular components in order to optimise and simplify assembly by a minimum number of people and easy compact transportation, and to reduce logistics costs. The ring is transported unassembled and packed with protective packaging.

Kit of the ring: metal cantilever frames, plywood or wooden decking, kanvas cover complete with skirts, ropes and covers, rope extensions and covers- protectors on them, corner protectors cushions, with appropriate equipment - ladders for athletes and referees, jumpers on ropes, rope tensioning systems, fastening and technical kit, canopy in appropriate configuration.

Accompanying documentation: Each ring is checked by the Quality Control Department and a stamp is placed on the individual product data sheet. The ring is European and National certification.

Warranty: The factory provides a full factory warranty for the product, as well as post-warranty service.

Tailor-made: The equipment can also be customised to the customer's individual specifications. All the ring elements can be painted in any colour as requested by the customer. Ring treads, covers and covers can also be produced in the colours agreed upon by the customer. The thickness of the canvas canvas can be varied individually to the customer's specifications, and the wire ropes can also be changed to match the thickness of the ring. Tent awnings are calculated directly according to the technical needs of the customer, and can cover the ring and spectators in the stands. The calculation of the cost of the canopy is individual and is specified in each quotation separately.

Storage conditions: The ring must be stored horizontally in a heated, dry, folded warehouse. The storage room must protect against mechanical and chemical damage, including the effects of aggressive climatic conditions.
