Floor standard boxing ring 6x6 m

Purpose: The ring "Floor Standard" is intended for training and amateur competitions. Excellent for premises with low ceilings and specialised gyms, as well as for temporary (rental) premises due to its simple construction and fast assembly and disassembly. Requires very little storage space due to its compact design. It consists of angled uprights to which the ropes are attached horizontally, well protected by covers along the entire length and treaded cushions in the corners of the ring. The corner cushions are placed on the rope fasteners at the corners of the ring where they are connected to each other. Four ropes are stretched on each side at 40 cm, 70 cm, 100 cm and 130 cm from the ring surface and connected to each other by two PVC bars 3 to 4 cm wide at equal intervals. Canvas decking is laid over the entire area and is tied down with an anti-slip reinforced PVC fabric around the entire perimeter.

Materials used in the construction of the ring: the corner posts are made of round, thick-walled tubular steel tube with a system of fastening to the floor. Fastening models are available to suit any substrate and floor finish. For injury protection, corner rope joints are fitted with PPE filler cushions in PVC replaceable covers. Ring ropes are manually produced in a composite method based on a multi-layer composition: galvanised steel rope in a compensator, damper multi-layer filler, cover made of reinforced PVC fabric. The fabric is joined by heat-welding, which guarantees the durability and strength of the seams. The covers and treads can be labelled, emblems and customer advertisements can be applied. The kanvas of the ring is made of PPE mats and covered with reinforced PVC fabric.

Ring delivery: The ring is delivered in modular components to optimise and simplify assembly by a minimum number of people and for easy, compact transport to reduce logistics costs. The ring can be transported flatpacked and packed with suitable protective packaging.

Supporting documentation: the raw materials used in the production of the ring are certified and have the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation (technical passport, certificate of compliance, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.).

Kit of the ring: stands, kanvas cover, ropes, covers, rope extensions, corner tread cushions, rope tensioning system, fixing and technical kit.

Warranty: Every ring is checked by the Quality Control Department and a stamp is put on the individual certificate. The ring has passed the European and national certifications. The factory provides a full factory warranty and post-warranty service.

Individual order: the equipment can also be tailored to the individual specifications of the customer. All the ring elements can be painted in any colour as desired by the customer. Ring treads, covers and covers can also be produced in the colours agreed upon by the customer. The thickness of the canvas can be varied according to the technical parameters of the customer, it is also possible to change the thickness of the ropes on the ring.

Storage conditions: The ring must be stored in a dry, heated, folded and horizontal position. The storage room must ensure protection against mechanical and chemical damage, including the effects of aggressive climatic conditions.
