Floor MMA (Rage) boxing ring

Purpose: The MMA floor ring is intended for competitions and training. It consists of angle posts on which the ropes are fixed horizontally, well protected by covers along the entire length and treaded cushions in the corners of the ring. The corner cushions are placed in the corners of the ring, covering the joints of the rope fasteners for injury protection of the athletes. The ropes are connected to each other by two 3 to 4 cm wide PVC bars at equal intervals. The entire area of the canvas is covered with a cushioning material and anti-slip, reinforced PVC fabric withstanding high tensile strength.

Materials used in ring manufacture: the corner posts are made of round, thick-walled tube, reinforced along the entire length with a stiffening frame to reduce static tension and deformation, in addition to an anti-vibration system to absorb linear vibrations. Includes individual pole cover made from elastic materials with fixing holes. For injury protection, corner pads filled with PPE in PVC interchangeable covers are fitted on the cross-rope joint. Ring ropes are handmade in a composite process, based on a multi-layer composition: galvanised steel rope in a compensator, damper multi-layer filler, reinforced PVC sheath. The fabric is joined by thermo-welding, which guarantees the durability and strength of the seams. Skirts, covers and treads can be labelled, emblems and customer advertisements can be applied. To ensure high regular loads and an extended lifespan, the modular scaffolding elements are fitted with composite universal metal fixings, and the thick-walled profile tubes are stiffened. The canvas of the ring is made of flexible, regulated material and covered with reinforced, high-density PVC fabric. The flooring of the ring is made of imported premium grade plywood or specially treated hardwood planks, which are assembled into a single board. The ladders are included with the ring, to make climbing onto the platform easier.

Unlike standard boxing rings, the structure of the metal trusses is reinforced with additional stiffening ribs and connection points for structural rigidity. The fixing points of the ropes have also been reinforced to ensure greater tension between the uprights. The number of ropes has been increased from four to five per side. As an option, it is possible to equip the ring with a guard net between the first rope and the ring, to prevent athletes from crossing the rope line during active wrestling and power grapples during sparring.

The raw material used in the production of the ring is certified and has the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation (technical passport, certificate of compliance, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.).

Ring delivery: the ring is delivered in modular components in order to optimise and simplify assembly by a minimum number of people and easy compact transportation, and to reduce logistics costs. The ring is transported unassembled and packed with protective packaging.

Kit of the ring: metal cantilever frames, plywood or wooden decking, kanvas cover complete with skirts, ropes, covers, rope extensions and covers- protectors, corner protectors, ladders for athletes and referees, jumpers on ropes, rope tensioning system, fastening and technical kit.

Accompanying documents: Each ring is checked by the Quality Control Department, which is stamped in the individual passport of the product. The ring has passed the European certification and corresponds to regulations of the international organizations MMA.

Warranty: The factory provides a full factory warranty for the product, as well as post-warranty service.

Tailor-made: The equipment can also be customised according to individual specifications and customer requirements.

Storage conditions: The ring should be stored flat, in a dry, heated warehouse, and folded flat. The storage room should provide protection against mechanical and chemical damage, including the effects of aggressive climatic conditions.
