Technical parameters: The modular skatepark has dimensions 19*5*0,9 (1,2) m and meets the technical requirements of the regulations of the World Skate profile federation.
Purpose: Modular skatepark is designed for installation on sites without prepared concrete or asphalt base and limited in area. Suitable for all visitors with any skills and level of training.
Materials used in manufacturing: Plywood-wooden modules connected with each other by wooden and plywood knot elements, folded into a solid element. The upper platforms can be equipped with guardrails with the height from 0.9 m to 1.5 m in accordance with the norms of injury safety. The frame of the equipment does not have direct contact with the surface of the platform and is mounted on dampers. The frame is covered from all sides. Parts of the modular skatepark are fixed on the site by anchoring or by concreting the embedded parts. Laminated waterproof plywood is used for the frame side panels and covers. The plywood panels of the frame are connected by screw joints. A round tube is mounted on the working outer ribs to protect the working corners of the element from increased load and at the same time to increase injury safety and convenience of performing sports elements. Non-working outer ribs of the upper plane are protected by special overlays. The place of increased loads at the joints of the plywood is protected with metal strips (if necessary). Rib ends of water-resistant plywood are finished with specialized paint with water-repellent effect. The total thickness of the composite riding surface of the skatepark structures is not less than 15 mm. The riding surface consists of 2 sheets of laminated water-resistant plywood (6 mm and 9 mm). The upper working surface (intended for contact with the wheels of the equipment) with a special anti-slip coating (anti-slip coating), for injury safety and convenience of skatepark users. The riding surface covers the skatepark frame in staggered order (so that the joints of the bottom layer do not coincide with the joints of the top layer). All cuts, joints, ends of the riding surface are treated with specialized paint. Rides of the structures are made of stainless steel sheet. Wooden parts are made of lumber with a cross-section of at least 35 x 95 mm. Sheet metal parts for non-working corners and joints, as well as fences, are galvanized by galvanic method, or hot-dip galvanized, or painted by cold galvanizing.
Delivery: the skatepark is supplied in modular components to optimize and simplify assembly by a minimum number of people and easy and compact transportation to reduce logistics costs. Transportation is done in disassembled form.
Supporting documentation: raw materials used in the production of the modular skatepark are certified and have the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation, such as: technical passport, warranty letter in the original, certificate of conformity, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.
Completeness: wooden frame in disassembled form, connecting component parts and tabs, working surfaces for riding, dispensing fasteners, anchors and/or construction tabs, handrails (if complete), rides, overlays and protective strips.
Guarantee: each skatepark passes the inspection of the Quality Control Department, which is marked in the individual product passport. Modular skatepark has passed European and national certification. The factory provides a full factory warranty on the product, as well as post-warranty service.
Individual order: the equipment can also be made to order according to individual specifications of the customer. It is possible to customize the height of the skatepark according to the technical parameters of the customer. It is possible to apply the customer's logo or branding of the product.
Storage: the modular skatepark should be stored in a dry, heated warehouse in disassembled form. The room should provide safety from mechanical and chemical damage, including the influence of aggressive climatic conditions.
