Inclined rail

Purpose: The rail is designed to be installed on courts with a prepared concrete or asphalt base. It is suitable for all visitors with any skills and level of training.

Materials used in manufacturing: The rail is made of rolled black metal with a round shape and thick wall. Individually under the order it is possible to make a projectile from steel stainless steel pipe or aluminum alloy. The inner surface of the pipe is treated with anti-corrosion compounds to increase the service life and prevent corrosion. The seams are made by inverter welding, which allows the construction without visible seams. Aluminum alloy is painted with powder paint, rolled black metal pipes are painted with hammer enamel, and stainless steel pipes are polished and not painted as technically there is no need for it.

Delivery: The rail is delivered as a fully welded unit. The construction is compact for transportation, which does not affect the logistics costs.

Supporting documentation: The raw materials used in the production of the rail are certified and have the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation, such as: technical passport, letter of guarantee in the original, certificate of conformity, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.

Completeness: Rail, anchors and/or building tabs.

Guarantee: each element of the skatepark passes the control of the Quality Control Department, which is marked in the individual product passport. Rail has passed European and national certification. The factory provides a full factory warranty on the product, as well as post-warranty service.

Individual order: the equipment can also be made to order according to individual specifications of the customer. It is possible to customize the height/length of the goods according to the technical parameters of the customer. It is possible to apply the customer's logo or branding of the product.

Storage: The rail should be stored in a dry, heated warehouse. The room should provide safety from mechanical and chemical damage, including the influence of aggressive climatic conditions.
