Bank ramp with metal frame

Purpose: Benk is designed to be installed on courts with a prepared concrete or asphalt base. It is suitable for all visitors with any skills and level of training.

Materials used in manufacturing: The frame of the structure is made of a metal frame of all-welded modular construction. A round thick-walled tube is mounted on the working outer ribs to protect the ribs of the element from increased load and at the same time to increase injury safety and convenience of performing sports elements. Non-working outer ribs of the upper plane are protected by special overlays. The places of increased loads at the joints of plywood are protected with metal strips (if necessary). Fastening is made with screws of "TORX" type. The frame of the structure has the possibility of level adjustment relative to the plane of the site on which the element is installed, which allows to level the unevenness of the concrete or asphalt surface of the site. The metal frame has drainage holes for the possibility of maintenance and treatment with anticorrosive compositions to increase the service life and prevent corrosion.

The ends of the ribs of water-resistant plywood are treated with specialized paint with water-repellent effect. The total thickness of the composite surface for riding structures is from 15 mm to 21 mm and can be increased on the Customer's request. The riding surface consists of 2 sheets of laminated water resistant plywood with minimum thicknesses from 6mm with 9mm to 9mm with 12mm respectively. The upper working surface (intended for contact with the wheels of the equipment) with a special coating "anti-slip" (anti-slip coating), for injury safety and convenience of skatepark users. The riding surface is staggered on the skatepark frame (so that the joints of the bottom layer do not coincide with the joints of the top layer). All cuts, joints, ends of the riding surface are treated with specialized paint. Rides are made of stainless steel sheet.

Delivery: Benk is delivered disassembled for compact transportation to reduce logistics costs.

Supporting documentation: raw materials used in the production of Benk are certified and have the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation, such as: technical passport, letter of guarantee in the original, certificate of conformity, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.

Completeness: Metal frame lined with plywood in disassembled form, mounting points, dispensing fasteners, anchors and/or building tabs, railings (if complete), races.

Guarantee: each element of the skatepark is subjected to the control of OTK, which is marked in the individual product passport. Benk has passed European and national certification. The factory provides a full factory warranty on the product, as well as post-warranty service.

Individual order: the equipment can also be made to order according to individual specifications of the customer. It is possible to customize the height of the goods according to the technical parameters of the customer. It is possible to apply the customer's logo or branding of the product.

Storage: Benk should be stored in a dry, heated warehouse in disassembled form. The room should ensure safety from mechanical and chemical damage, including the influence of aggressive climatic conditions.
