Mounting racks for boxing equipment and accessories

Purpose: Boxing racks are designed for hanging boxing equipment such as punching bag, punching bag, have a confident fixation provide comfort and safety, and easy installation and adjustment allows you to quickly integrate the equipment into any space of the training room. Materials used in the manufacture of stands: in the standard version all stands are made of rolled black metal with a thick wall, on request it is possible to make them from aluminium alloy or stainless steel pipe. Raw materials used in the production of racks are certified and have the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation (technical passport, certificate of conformity, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.). The products are primed and painted with powder paint or hammer enamel, if the product is used outdoors, an anticorrosive composition is additionally poured inside the profile pipes, which will prevent corrosive internal processes and will prolong the product's operation for a long period of time. Fastening elements are galvanised or made of stainless steel, which allows to use them both in the hall and outdoors.
Delivery of the racks: they are supplied in modular components to optimise and simplify assembly by a minimum number of people and easy and compact transport, to reduce logistics costs. The racks are transported unassembled and packed in a packing material that protects the product.
Completeness of racks: metal frames and node connections, mounting points, fastening material for assembling the product.  
Accompanying documentation: racks are subjected to QA inspection, which is marked in the individual product passport. The racks have passed European certification and comply with the regulations of international organisations.

Customised order: the equipment can also be customised according to individual specifications and customer's wishes.
Storage conditions: racks should be stored in a dry, heated warehouse in a horizontal position, folded. The room should be protected from mechanical and chemical damage, including the influence of aggressive climatic conditions.
