Mounting consoles for boxing equipment and accessories

Purpose: If there is not enough space for boxing equipment trusses in the gymnasium, the analogue is consoles for boxing equipment, they are mounted on the wall, are stationary equipment and allow you to hang one or more boxing equipment. Thanks to the quality, reliability and durability of all racks, consoles, trusses can be used both in indoor sports halls and outdoors on outdoor sports grounds, as they provide long-term use without loss of quality. Consoles are fixed by rigid method of fixing stationary and not movable. The surface must be able to withstand heavy loads, so load-bearing walls and concrete ceiling slabs are ideal.

Materials used in the manufacture of consoles: in the standard version all consoles are made of rolled black metal with a thick wall, on request it is possible to produce from aluminium alloy or stainless steel pipe. Raw materials used in the production of consoles are certified and have the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation (technical passport, certificate of conformity, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.). The products are primed and painted with powder paint or hammer enamel, if the product is used outdoors, an anticorrosive composition is additionally poured inside the profile pipes, which will prevent corrosive internal processes and prolong the product's operation for a long period of time. Fixing elements are galvanised or made of stainless steel, which allows to use them both in the hall and outdoors.

Delivery of the consoles: they are delivered as a ready-made product to optimise and simplify assembly by a minimum number of people and easy and compact transport, in order to reduce logistics costs. The consoles are transported assembled and packed in a packing material that protects the product.

Consoles complete set: metal frame rails and node connections, mounting points (optional), fastening material for assembling the product. 

Accompanying documentation: consoles are subject to QA inspection, which is noted in the individual product passport. Racks, consoles, ferrules have passed European certification and comply with the regulations of international organisations.

Customised order: the equipment can also be customised according to individual specifications and customer's wishes.

Storage conditions: consoles should be stored in a dry, heated warehouse in a horizontal position, folded. The room must be protected against mechanical and chemical damage, including the effects of aggressive climatic conditions.
