Monorail and truss mounts for boxing equipment and accessories

Purpose: if the hall allows the installation of trusses - it is an ideal solution for any gym or sports club, this option is suitable for a large number of boxing equipment suspensions, as the trusses can withstand heavy weight do not transmit vibration and do not deform under load, and the ergonomic design provides convenience and safety of training thanks to the optimal design, correct geometry and location of the mountings. Materials used in the manufacture of trusses and monorails: in the standard version all trusses and monorails are made of rolled black metal with a thick wall, on request it is possible to produce from aluminium alloy or stainless steel pipe. Raw materials used in the production of trusses and monorails are certified and have the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation (technical passport, certificate of conformity, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.). The products are primed and painted with powder paint or hammer enamel, if the product is used outdoors, an anticorrosive composition is additionally poured inside the profile pipes, which will prevent corrosive internal processes and prolong the operation of the product for a long period of time. Fixing elements are galvanised or made of stainless steel, which allows to use them both in the hall and outdoors.

Supply of trusses and monorails: supplied as modular components to optimise and simplify assembly with a minimum number of people and easy and compact transport, to reduce logistics costs. The trusses and monorails are transported unassembled and packed in a packaging material that protects the product.

Completeness of trusses and monorails: metal frames and nodal connections, mounting points, fasteners for assembly of the product. 

Accompanying documentation: trusses and monorails are inspected by the Quality Control Department and a mark is made in the individual product passport. The trusses and monorails have passed European certification and comply with the regulations of international organisations.
