MMA "OCTAGON" ring on platform (eight-sided cage)

Purpose: The Octagon ring is designed for title competitions of all levels. It consists of a platform, which is a metal construction, consisting of separate modular sections, corner posts on which the modules of the wire fencing are mounted, well protected by covers on the perimeter, bars in PVC polymer, and treaded pads in all corners of the ring. Corner cushions are placed on the module mounts at the corners of the ring at the joints between the modules. The ring perimeter is covered by skirts covering the sides of the platform. The top of the ring is covered with plywood (or wooden) boarding with a cushioning material and an anti-slip, reinforced PVC cloth over the entire area.

Materials, used in ring manufacture, are the corner posts manufactured from round tubular thick-walled tube with minimum diameter 100mm and wall thickness 5mm, reinforced with stiffening cage along its entire length to reduce static tension and deformation, and additionally with an anti-vibration system to absorb linear vibrations. Skirts, covers and treads can be labelled with customer's markings, logos and advertising. To ensure high regular loads and an extended lifespan, the modular scaffolding elements are fitted with universal composite steel constructions, and the thick-walled profile tubes are stiffened. The canvas of the ring is made of flexible, regulated material and covered with reinforced, high-density PVC fabric. The ring decking is formed of imported high-grade plywood sections or specially treated hardwood planks, which are assembled into a single board. The ring is equipped with ladders for easy access to every entrance of the cage.

The raw material used in the production of the ring is certified and has the appropriate regulatory documentation. The goods are accompanied by the necessary technical documentation (technical passport, certificate of compliance, conclusion of sanitary epidemiological expertise, etc.). 

Ring delivery: the ring is delivered in modular components in order to optimise and simplify assembly by a minimum number of people and easy compact transportation, and to reduce logistics costs. The ring is transported unassembled and packed with protective packaging.

Kit of the ring: metal cantilever frames, plywood or wooden decking, canvas cover complete with skirts, modular sections, corner tread cushions, ladders for athletes and referees, fixing and technical kit.

Accompanying documentation: Each ring is checked by the Quality Control Department and a stamp is placed on the individual product data sheet. The ring has passed the European and national certifications.

Warranty: The factory provides a full factory warranty and post-warranty service.

Individual order: The equipment can also be tailored to the individual specifications of the customer. All the ring elements can be optionally painted in any colour, or the ring treads, covers and covers can be produced in the colours agreed upon by the customer. The thickness of the canvas can be customized according to the technical parameters of the customer; it is also possible to change the wire thickness of the modules in the ring.

Given the versatility of the canvas and the option to transform the ring and dismantle the modular sections, the ring can optionally be fitted with 40 extra ropes with full hooks and bridges to replace the modular sections when the ring is used for training or zoning.

An additional option is the Transformer set, which enables the octagon ring to be used as a standard ring with additional equipment hangers, making it a space-saving option in the gym.

Storage conditions: The ring must be stored in a dry, heated storage room in a horizontal position, folded down. The storage room must protect against mechanical and chemical damage, including the effects of aggressive climatic conditions.
